At AMAFE we know that social distancing and having to stay at home longer than we want can affect us more than we think. That is why we propose "Take it easy", a small guide with basic guidelines for all those people who may have had difficulties in resuming their day to day. In it you will see a series of recommendations to make the return to normality much more bearable. This guide is funded by Montemadrid Foundation and CaixaBank and the cool illustrations they have are from Gonzalo Subra Moros.
Undoubtedly, these last times have been really complicated. We have seen ourselves in the obligation of having to keep distance with the people we love, the things we enjoy or the plans we had programmed. There have been cases where we have even had to face painful losses.
All this situation has led to the appearance of anguish, hopelessness, anxiety or changes in our habits, we have begun to sleep worse or neglect ourselves, among other things. In all this process that we are experiencing, yes, we have realized as a society how important it is to take care of our mental health
For all these reasons, from AMAFE we propose this small guide in which we present some indications to be able to better cope with the difficulties that we may encounter when returning to normality.
Still, this is only a schematic guide, an orientation. If the situation overwhelms you, if your discomfort is very intense, it is important that you do not isolate yourself and seek specialized help if necessary.
