How long will we keep your data?


The personal data you provide will be retained for as long as the business relationship is active. However, for maximum transparency, we inform you that the general data we use are:


- General identification data (email, first name, last name, telephone number, etc.): for the duration of the business relationship or until consent is revoked. In any case, they will be deleted when they are no longer used for the purpose for which they were collected.


- Accounting, tax and labor: six (6) years.


- Labor: ten (10) years.


- Selection processes: two (2) years from the submission of the curriculum vitae.


- Health: five (5) years from the date of discharge of each healthcare process.


- Video surveillance: thirty (30) days, except for recording an infraction and/or crime.


- Furthermore, given the sending of commercial information, even if the relationship between the parties ends, AMAFE - ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE APOYO EN PSICOSIS will continue to retain your information to send newsletters related to our products and services. You may always exercise the rights granted to you by current regulations by contacting us through the most convenient means.


Despite these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to delete any data that is not legally required.

Likewise, all data collected is necessary for the provision of the service. However, data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory. If mandatory data is not provided, AMAFE - ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE APOYO EN PSICOSIS will not be able to provide the contracted service.
