The unwanted loneliness It is the feeling of isolation or social disconnection that a person experiences when they lack meaningful relationships or companionship, despite desiring them.
It also involves feeling emotionally disconnected from others, which can affect people of all ages and have negative consequences on mental and physical health, such as anxiety, depression, and cardiovascular problems.
