Sin Pausa is aimed at young people, under 30 years of age., that have a recognized disability equal to or greater than 33% due to a mental disorder and who, being inactive, want to recover their vocational project as soon as possible, either through access to a job or by resuming their studies.
It has a group training of 230 hours, as well as individual attention of 100 hours per participant. The training contents are structured in three areas: psychology, administrative skills and occupational balance , which are addressed simultaneously throughout the course and whose objective is to train job skills, promote strategies that reinforce mental health and guide the search for employment and training, thus promoting the autonomy of each participant and decision-making. decisions about their own life project .
In addition, Sin Pausa is aimed at reinforcing the employability and professional skills of young people who are not employed and who are not integrated into the education or training systems.
