AMAFE's Job Placement Support Service promotes the employment of people with disabilities due to mental health issues, facilitating access to appropriate, quality employment opportunities and reducing barriers and inequalities in the labor market. It also fosters training and skills development by offering occupational training programs and pre-employment workshops that enable participants to acquire and improve the skills necessary for job placement.
SAIL seeks to provide personalized support in the job placement process, providing individualized support throughout the job search and hiring process, addressing each individual's specific needs and ensuring that each placement path is properly coordinated with their Base Center of Reference and/or professionals, both from other AMAFE services and other health and social resources, guaranteeing that each intervention process provides the necessary support to achieve quality integration into the labor market.
