This project It has been funded by the ONCE Foundation and has the collaboration of human resources managers from various Spanish companies and people with psychosocial disabilities who have had diverse work experiences.The study's approach is based on the premise that, to improve inclusion policies, it is essential to understand the perspectives of both companies and workers. This seeks to create a space for collaborative reflection and the design of strategies to overcome existing obstacles.
