Inclusión laboral 360: hablemos de salud mental

The mental health recovery process is based on building a meaningful and satisfying life plan for the individual, where employment plays a truly important role. There is a widespread lack of awareness and understanding about the difficult employment situation faced by people with psychosocial disabilities.


According to data collected in 2020 by the ONCE Foundation's Observatory on Disability and the Labor Market (Odismet), a total of 340,800 people in Spain have some type of psychosocial disability. The employment rate for people with mental illness is 9.6 percentage points lower than that of people with other disabilities, which stands at 26.7%, according to data collected in this same report.

  • Identify best practices and strategies that promote the labor insertion of people with psychosocial disabilities.


  • Reflect companies' reservations and concerns regarding the inclusion of people with psychosocial disabilities in their templates.


    • Prepare a complete and detailed report in audiovisual format reflecting the experiences, challenges and recommendations gathered from people with psychosocial disabilities and hiring managers.


      • Raise awareness among representatives of the business sector and society in general on the importance of the labor inclusion of people with psychosocial disabilities.
