What is Ctrl-A
CTRL-A is a free training course in technological and digital skills aimed at people with psychosocial disabilities to strengthen their employability and close the digital divide. This training itinerary has 160 hours of specific digital and technological content and 40 hours dedicated to specific employability content. The project is part of the ONCE Foundation's Por Talento Digital program and is promoted by the ONCE social group. It includes a total of 200 teaching hours..
Course contents

The training focused on technological content is based on the European framework of digital competences for citizens (DigComp) which defines five areas that outline what digital competence entails. These areas are as follows:
- Information and digital literacy.
- Communication and collaboration.
- Creation of digital content.
- Security.
- Problem solving.
He The fundamental objective of Ctrl-A is to directly improve the employability of participating people with psychosocial disabilities., through the acquisition of necessary technological and digital skills and competencies and training in skills focused on improving personal and work-related competencies; thus increasing their chances of entering employment in a stable and lasting manner.
What you need to participate in Ctrl-A
To participate in Ctrl-A you need:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a recognized psychosocial disability equal to or greater than 33%
- To be in a situation of distressemployment or inactivity.
